SmartHire

SmartHire is the applicant management platform for the social welfare associations in Upper Austria. The associations run care homes and are always hiring for care, kitchen, cleaning and administration. With SmartHire, recruiting for every home of an association runs through one shared web app.

Applicant management was difficult to follow. There were no predefined application statuses for everyone to use. As a result, the team lost track of the stage each application had reached.

SmartHire brings applications into one shared web app with clearly defined statuses. Each application is assigned to a care home and a job group and follows defined workflows with approvals. Everyone works from the same application status. Each association configures its job postings, email templates, applicant types and user permissions.

The head office can see which status each application has reached. Consistent statuses and a shared overview make progress understandable across the team. Reports for each care home can also be viewed as tables or exported to Excel.
