Beste Hilfe
The Beste Hilfe website turns a modular health literacy course concept into a menu to put together. Built by KRUG.
ki modifiedAbout Beste Hilfe
Beste Hilfe is a modular course concept for health literacy by the team behind ffmed. Participants learn to help themselves as well as possible and to find their way around the healthcare system with confidence. Alongside a core module with the WACH and UND rules there are eight modules for specific target groups: seniors, parents, grandparents, teachers, youth workers, companies, plus medical conditions and special topics. Courses run as block seminars, with time and place by arrangement.
The starting point at Beste Hilfe
Beste Hilfe is not an off the shelf course. Schools, companies and families need different content, and a long list of eight modules would have put people off rather than drawn them in. The goal was a way for every organisation to put together its own course.
What we built for Beste Hilfe
We built Beste Hilfe a course configurator styled as a menu: the core module as the starter, the eight target group modules as freely combinable mains with content and duration at a glance. The selection reaches the team as a personal health menu, including number of participants and organisation, straight by email. Built with React on Vercel, with email delivery via Resend.
The result for Beste Hilfe
Anyone enquiring at Beste Hilfe sends the right modules along, and the team knows before the first call which course is needed.
