Contact forms that deliver enquiries and keep bots out
We rebuilt our customers’ contact forms with edge processing, Turnstile, layered spam protection and central monitoring.
ki modifiedA contact form looks simple. Behind the scenes, it determines whether a valuable enquiry arrives reliably, disappears into spam or lets a bot flood the inbox. We therefore turned a simple sending endpoint into our own monitored forms platform.
From mail endpoint to forms platform
Every submission now passes through an edge function on Cloudflare’s network. It validates the request, evaluates spam signals, records its status and only then initiates email delivery.
Nothing changes for visitors. A protected dashboard shows accepted, flagged and blocked submissions along with delivery status, so problems can be spotted before an enquiry is lost.
ki modifiedWhy Turnstile beats image puzzles
Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether an enquiry likely comes from a real person, usually in the background and without traffic lights or unreadable characters.
Turnstile is one layer, not the whole defence. Reliable protection combines several independent signals.
- Approved website origins
- Rate limits against automated floods
- Honeypots and timing checks
- Content, link and sender heuristics
- AI-assisted review of genuine edge cases
Security must not block real enquiries
The real challenge is stopping spam without locking out prospects. Our pipeline uses an explainable risk score: normal messages are delivered, borderline cases are flagged and only clear spam is held back.
A rejected bot still receives a neutral response, so the system never reveals which defence was triggered.
ki modifiedWhat our customers gain
This is deliberately an invisible feature. Visitors still submit a fast, calm form, while businesses gain dependable delivery, less inbox spam and a monitored process instead of a black box.
Improvements to the central platform benefit every connected project while recipients, domains and protection settings remain separated by website.
The invisible part of a good website
A website is not finished when it looks good. It must process enquiries reliably, remain observable and stay stable under unwanted traffic. These systems decide whether a website is merely online or genuinely works for a business.
